Caramia’s Story
Caramia is your owner and host of the ”Passing It On Podcast!” Caramia has had on-air experience through 4 different radio stations, and 3 different production companies, broadcasting 12 NYS Official Highschool Conference Games. Caramia was 1/2 of voice for the MLB affiliate Empire League Team The Malone Border Hounds. And the voice of the SUNY Potsdam Bears! She has broadcasted D1,D2, and D3 collegiate sports. As a 3 season High school athlete, Caramia received the Section 10 sportsmanship award, won a softball Section 10 championship, and had a final 8 conference appearance. In soccer, Caramia was just a near 30 saves shy from breaking the NYS Record for most goals saved in a season also winning a CO-Section 10 Championship. She brings her experiences as an athlete to help address topics requested by athletes anonymously to guide them in their athletic journey. The first season of her podcast was nominated for 2 ”Peoples Choice Podcast Awards”. She was invited to sit in on a meeting with Nikki Haley the 116th governor of South Carolina and the 29th U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Caramia has had the opportunity to ask questions to ”Pitch Perfect” actress Brittany Snow. Multi-EMMY award winner and NBA Broadcaster Bob Rathbun, Multi GRAMMY Nominee and Hallmark Actress Chloe Caroline, Legendary UCONN Women's Basketball Player Colleen Healy, and GRAMMY Contender Sasha Atlas. Through getting the experience of meeting amazing people Caramia helps pass on their story to you.
